Private Classes

Private classes involve a series of intensive training sessions. The classes include Scott, the dog, and the owner as well as any other family members or caretakers who wish to partake. In these highly focused sessions, Scott works with your dog to achieve reliability with the basic dog training and provides homework. He teaches you how to ensure your dog’s behaviors continue once you are home alone or out and about in the world.

These classes are customized to fit the needs of your family. You choose the frequency of the obedience training sessions based on your schedule, goals, and Scott’s professional recommendations. Each class is scheduled individually; there are no standing appointments. These classes place more of the training responsibility on the owners versus the Doggy Boot Camp program where Beyond the Leash trainers are the ones responsible for your dog’s foundational work.

You and your dog must meet with Scott prior to signing up for a package of private classes.

Solutions Session

The Solutions Session is an hour long assessment conveniently conducted at your home. During this session, we will observe, evaluate, and recommend solutions for your dog training problems. Scheduled to suit your personal time frame, this initial meeting enables us to do three things:

1. Assess your dog’s or puppy's behavior and interact with your dog or puppy.

2. Perform a single dog training session, which includes providing you with several tips and techniques to help manage your dog's issues immediately.

3. Collaborate with you and identify which dog training program is the best fit for you and your dog in alignment with your dog training goals.
